Generally, the geartrain of the insight stage is constructed of plastic to keep sound levels only possible at higher swiftness. All steel input gears in addition 
to a modified lubrication are available for applications requiring high torque, vacuum, or more temperature compatability.
For applications requiring moderate to high torque you can expect planetary gearheads constructed of powerful plastics. They are ideal solutions for applications where low weight and high torque density perform a decisive role. The gearhead is mounted to the electric motor with a threaded flange to ensure a solid fit.
